1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to product characteristics and hygiene concerns, temporary tattoos are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used or damaged by buyers. All sales are final, except for products with confirmed factory defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive goods with printing flaws, incomplete accessories or other manufacturing issues, please contact us via support@maitopgo.com within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Please attach clear product photos and your order number, we will arrange free replacement or full refund for you as soon as possible.

3. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after payment if the order has not been processed and shipped. Once the parcel is dispatched, order cancellation will not be supported anymore.
